Clearwater Tenants Evicted Due To Landlord's Electric Theft

An apartment complex in Clearwater, Fla. (not too far from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport) gets condemned because the landlord stole electricity. In turn, the power gets cut off and makes the complex uninhabitable, leaving innocent tenants in the lurch. Fortunately for them, a local hotel gives them free lodging for a week.
