@Boddahism As it happens, you're wrong as to where JD Fortune's stage name came from. His name at birth was Jason Dean Bennison and his Mother's maiden name is Fortune, and from that voila comes JD Fortune! Nothing to do with JD Salinger or Flame Fortune I'm afraid!

The stagename for J.D. Fortune came from J.D. Salinger and the stagename Flame Fortune for the wannabe singer Michael Hutchence was trying to promote in the '80s. I named the band Paramore for the Paramour Mansion recording studios after I wrote Decode and hearing the Farris Bros of INXS talking about holding the RockStar show there when Hutch decided to bail on the band. I came up with the stagename P!nk for Bob Geldof in The Wall.  I knew them & Hutch & Geldof were friends.

@feiz01... more like 'once again' They havent had much luck in finding a lead singer since Hutcho died and although this guys voice isnt quiet as smooth as his he still is a great addition to the band! I actually thought Jon Stevens from Noiseworks was a great replacement. But it is a bit difficult being the lead singer for 2 of Australias greatest rock bands!hehe.
