@DJINVENTRIGUE831 well as my understanding go the girl is telling a guy " if you want to keep serching love in some other places you will go down the longest road to nowere it means that you wont find love unless is with me cuse I trully love u " and she compares the gold mines with his love for her this means if you find gold you just want to keep on searching for more instead of being happy with what you found. thats my understanding of it hope it helps

I hate it when i find a song that has been made int oa different version. I end up hearing that one first, and a lot more and i learn to like it better. then i can never find it. Kinda like this song. it was on tap tap and i loved it, now i cant find any yotube video that isnt a deadmau5 remix, which pisses me off cuz i hate them. still love this song tho<3

I have heard this for soo long and i have played this song in my dj mixes becuse of how good it sounds ,but I would give someone a thousand dollars if you can tell me what this song 's lyrics are tring to really say ....cause if you really think on it this song doesn't make any sense at all and it is confusing ...i really think the lyrics where written this way just cause it sounds good in the way it was sung at the time . That means they had to sacrifice what the meaning of this song is about.
