"Joe? Honey, what's wrong?" Taylor's voice shook Joe out of his thoughts.
"Huh? What do you mean? Everything is fine. Just fine." He stood up.
"Really? You didn't look fine a while ago. Anyway, this is my best friend who's coming with us in Bahamas. Joe, meet Selena. Selena, meet my boyfriend Joe Jonas."
Joe could see the look on Selena's face. Selena felt sweat on the back of her neck. It was like they were looking in the mirror and seeing the same expression on each other's face. Nick chuckled at the corner while Kevin kept on giving him warning looks. "Will you stop that?" Kevin whispered.
"I can't help it. Look at their faces. I will definitely pay 20 bucks to see this scene again." Nick teased as Kevin stomped on his foot.
"I..I..it's nice to finally meet you." Joe managed to say as he offered his hand.
Selena hesitantly took it and shook hands with him. "Same here. I've heard so much about you."
"I hope that is a good thing." He added as he hold on to her hand.
"Well, that does not really matter right now."
"Great. Now, let's go to our plane before it leaves." Taylor interrupted. "Joe, you can let go off her hand now."
He looked at Taylor and his hand then to Selena. "Oh. I'm terribly sorry." He apologized as he pulled away.
Nick coughed. "It happens to him everytime he's attracted to someone."
With that, all heads turned to him and he gave them an innocent look. Joe managed to cough too. "Ahem. Socks. Socks for Christmas."
Nick winced. "Uhm. I mean, Joe can't avoid that since you're really pretty,Selena."
Joe glared at him and coughed loudly. "You're dead."
"I think I'm gonna shut up and let's all go to Bahamas now. And I mean, Now." He gave a fake smile as he turned away. Kevin waved at Selena. "C'mon. Walk with Nick and I since the love birds might want to be alone." He winked at Taylor and Joe. Joe mouthed 'Thank you' as they walked away.
"What's up with you and Nick? You're terribly weird." Taylor said.
"No. It's just a brother to brother thing. You won't understand." Joe waved her off.
"Guys." She said under her breath.
"Yeah. I dunno how we even function in this society." He teased as he gave his most genuine smile. Taylor is one of the most amazing girl he's ever dated and he is determined to make their relationship work.

When they got off the car, they immediately entered Taylor's townhouse. Nick gave Selena a hand with her baggage, Kevin carried theirs and Joe helped Taylor.
"Wow. This is really huge, Taylor." Nick complimented.
"Nah. It's just small." Taylor responded shyly.
"You know what? You're right. It's damn small to occupy our band if we stayed here for the next tour. You should've picked another house. Lemme guess, you considered the price,eh? You know, when it comes to houses, you gotta discard that and focus on its use." Nick shrugged as he scanned the house.
Joe glared at his brother and Nick offered an innocent look. "I'm sorry, Tay. Nick was just being sarcastic. Right,Nick?"
He shrugged. "Right. Whatever." He got the bags. "Where's Selena's room? I gotta put her baggage there." He looked at Selena."Well, in case you want your clothes in my room, I really won't mind that at all."
"Nicholas!" Joe warned him.
Selena chuckled. "I would love to but since you've been a perv in our trip, forget it porcupine boy." She teased as she ruffled Nick's hair.
He blushed. "You and Joe are the only ones who call me that. Coincidence,eh?" He teased back.
"Kevin, will you help Selena with her baggage while Nick helps me settle the other things?" Joe requested as he gave them a glare.
"I'm really tired. So, why don't you help her instead?" Kevin glared back.
The girls could feel the tension. "Look, you guys, if you don't want to help a lady..well, I'd rather do it myself." Selena sighed.
"Don't worry. Maybe Big Rob can help you, Lena. These guys are just tired from TV guesting and concerts, you know." Taylor offered.
Selena shrugged. "I understand. I'll get down as soon as I settle these stuff." She lifted her luggage with a wince. Joe immediately let go of Taylor's bag as he grabbed Selena's from her. She looked up at him with a questioning look.
"I...I'd rather help you than watch a lady in distress carrying her bag with difficulty." He forced a smile. "I'll just come back for Taylor's."
She returned the smile. "Thank you."
"You're always welcome."
Taylor studied them and so did Kevin and Nick. "You guys look like you've already met each other a long time ago." Taylor commented with a smile. "And that's a good thing."
A/N: Finally updated,huh? I'm grounded so the episodes for the other stories might be in Christmas break. Sad,huh? Me too. But there's nothing I can do about it. If I break the rule, I may not be able to use my laptop ever so I have to go with the flow. Anyways, how did thanksgiving go? Full with Turkey,huh? :)) Comments please.
