Yes, someone could make it into a GUI app, if there's enough demand, i can make it but I like the fact that you can't access it from the Palm Pre itself, that it's "hidden" from the phone user.

You mean SSH from Palm Pre? I am sure it's possible, you just need a app version of the SSH, I am sure someone is making one or probably out there somewhere already, I will put that on my next list of apps to hack.
