Cut off the roots, chop the entire thing, cook chopped parts, eat. Why would there be any bulb left of an onion?

nah .. just shove it in a cup of water. they grow regardless.. I dropped one down into my neighbors balcony thing and it still grew with out water..

NO WAAYYY!!!! DO NOT DO THAT!!! Its the best part of the green onoin. Do this instead:
Grill then add lime juice and salt, then just eat entire pieces at the time. trust me!!!
