The physics on the cloth runs with a lod system, this is why it only lags the game when you are close.

Nah, HDR is on it looks like. But for what his system is, it is a crappy framerate.

it`s not decent at all ;)
anyway, maybe it`s because of my video card (7800GT) or the dual core AMD64.
