This is the the launch of Apollo 11 set to the music of Gustaf Holst's Mars - The Bringer of War.

Gustaf Holst's didn't write music for the Apollo 11 launch, its the "Wizard of Oz Effect".

Fans of Pink Floyd claim the band wrote Dark Side of the Moon as a backing track to the Wizard of Oz. Skeptics call it the "Wizard of Oz effect", the mind merely creates a coincidental association between pictures and music.

Indeed, the fact music of Gustaf Holst's Mars appears to be written for Apollo 11, proves the Wizard of Oz Effect is a trick of the mind.

Holst's wrote Mars during the Great War (WWI 1914-1918). It took him 3 years to write opening few minutes of Mars and it was first performed in last weeks of WWI, to a small audience.

I also recommend Karl Jenkins' - Mass for Peace.
