Purchase samoosa dough strips from supermarket. Prepare 2 TBS flour with a little flour and make paste. In a pan, fry 1 onion and chillie then add 1 cup sweetcorn. Cook for 5 minutes. Set aside and cool before adding a 2 cheese blend (namely Mozarella and Gouda). Mix. Fold up samoosa strips into triangle and add sweetcorn mix. Paste and fry till golden brown.
