Your form is very shitty. You don't do full reps of any of the workouts. Form>Amount. Try to actually pull your head above the bar, dip with elbows at 90 degrees or lower, and chinup fully, These reps can't even be considered reps.

quarter chin and quarter dips...full range of motion should be practiced...more time under tension muscles work harder...more muscle fibers recruited therefore more growth!!! ;)

not one exercise fulfilled with full range of motion!! you need go higher on those chin ups and actually 'dip' ur body on those dips lol

Thanks for the suggestions. There is a reason for the improper form. All the information is in my avatar. There I explain why I have to do it the way i do. But, I am working on getting it better, it just will take a while. But thanks again.

Great job dude.
Except i suggest you practice more on proper forms for your exercises . Trust me it gives you a more complete workout
not proper dips upper arms should go to 90 degrees from elbow lucky if they are 45 deg.
