  • haha its probly like a 20 lug

  • @APontiacof455cubes No width at all? Im sorry... but four feet of tire tread with is no width? The tires on my semi are only 11 inches wide and these are 48 inches wide! Still pretty wide!

  • @drummer2285 before 1980... the f150 WAS called ranger FYI.

  • @brandonfruth Stock Rockwells are 6.44 to 1 very hard to find custom gears for, but im sure somebody does make em.

  • @wweraw5678 nope... ford 460 mildly built (with a carb, no blower or turbo) with a C6 tranny run through double transfer cases to the Rockwells.

  • @cwjarvis3 i caught that i spelled knowing instead of nothing, duh.

  • @cwjarvis3 the truck "superfoot", who has even bigger and heavier tires than bigfoot... weighs 16500 lbs (7.5 tons) iknow it isnt driveable cause it lacks some parts to get the power down to the axles, but still... it will give you an idea! that bigfoot is no way NEAR 28000 lbs

  • @cwjarvis3 yes small! 460 is smaller than 540... the only main weight on bigfoot 5 is its body + tires... all other parts is much weaker than todays monster trucks (i.e motor, axles, gear box and drive shafts) as they must be able to withstand 1500 hp and high fly landings

  • @cwjarvis3 if you believe this truck weighs 9 tons without tires (like it claims to do) then please go visit a doctor. A peterbilt 379 for example has a way bigger engine, huge massive transmission and a long frame, and its big rear axles is rated 40,000 lbs each (compared to 11,000 lbs of bigfoot) now what do that tell you? then add the 10 wheels, and it still weighs only 8-9 tons... but we are to believe that bigfoot 5 weighs 13 tons! (9 without tires!) - BULLSHIT

  • @xismxist Small motor? 460 is the biggest gas motor ford makes and was standard in ALL Bigfoot trucks for decades! Still are. Same goes for the C6 transmission. Try researching before making dumb remarks, you cant compare the 'numbers' of the parts on this and a peterbuilt. Different applications completely.
