  • The most classy athlete of all time. Give me a 400 home run Murphy over a 700 home run Bonds every time.

  • Dale Murphy has always been my favorite baseball player.

  • There should be a comma between "type" and "you".

  • Do you mean "in the"? Learn to type you idiot.

  • i can't beleved that he is not on hall of fame

  • There's probably only two people on this earth that I'd really, really love to meet.. Dirk Nowitzki and Dale Murphy. Love ya murph...

  • I still have my murphy autograph from 88'

  • The book should be required reading (with a test at the end) for all prospective little league coaches.

  • The most honorable man in sports. We need more like him in all sports. Miss watching him on TBS during the days of, as Skip Kerry would say," He's too good for this league" when talking about Jiminez, the next "Great Braves' pitcher." Too bad they didn't spend some money to surround Dale with good hitters. Rather they held open try outs with the public! Oh well, those were the good old days.

  • Met him at BP Sports in Marietta, GA. Would be hard to find a nicer ex-ball player ever again.
