In an act of reprehensible cruelty,Sen. Joe Biden while campaigning in Iowa last year blamed the car accident in which his wife and daughter were killed on a drunk driver.The claim was completely false.The car accident was in fact his own wife's fault.Apparently distracted by one of the three children in the car with her, she accelerated into the path of an oncoming truck which could not stop to avoid her car.Celia Cohen explains at the Delaware Grapevine in a story entitled,"It Ain't So,Joe".
