TSA Body Cavity search next in Evolution of screening?

Gibbs was asked why only focus on underwear\ genitals when body cavities could be another possible threat. Gibbs responds with there is an evolution of the screening. In other words they add security when a threat happens . First was the shoe bomb which led to shoes being scanned. Second was liquids as bombs which led to us not being able to take liquids. Third was the underwear bomb which lead to naked screening machines and molestation. Only thing between us from a body cavity search every time we fly is for a terrorist to smuggle a bomb in their rectum.
