  • HOA fees are 1,500 per year. Since our developer is a resident, and pilot, he set up the association with a "less rules" mentality. Everybody gets along so well that we average one official HOA meeting a year and even that usually turns into a social event. Even though we're a public airport, yes, we are also a gated community, but that's because of TSA requirements. We're not a "stuffy" group, if you know what I mean. con't...

  • Con't.... In fact, it's the makeup of our group that makes this the best HOA we've ever been in because the diversity of the group gives it balance. We're a combination of retired folks and working folks with a variety of ages. Our retirees range from a retired Pan Am pilot, law enforcement, lawyer, educators, concrete, CEOs, etc. Our working neighbors range from an AA pilot, a Nebraska farmer, voiceover (the voice behind this video), computer technology, healthcare professionals, etc.

  • Con't..... And we're all from different parts of the U.S. and we all get along. We have a variety of social events from small to large with every possible combination of neighbors. Tonight we're launching the new year with our airpark's annual progressive dinner at three different houses/hangers.

  • Thank you Baby Boomer!! Your guest room awaits you. lol By the way, to all of you pilots out there who would like to come and see the house, you are welcome to stay in the pilot's apartment. "Try before you buy."

  • How much are the HOA fees? Is the HOA a real pain in the neck? I live in the Falmouth Airpark and can not believe how educated people truly believe they can excercise so much power without any oversight.

I love the place but really am turned off by the whole "Gated Community" aspect

  • Fabulous, professional video! Who in their right mind [and with the right pocketbook] wouldn't want to buy this dream home????? I want to visit you before you close...only I'm afraid there won't be time...because the right buyer is sure to snap this up!
