The Hot Box - FED'S Stay out of Montana Medical Marijuana

The Hot Box films a short, under 30 minute "documentary" on the Federal medical marijuana raids that took place in Montana in early March. Have any charges been pressed yet? NOPE, not as of the writing and uploading of this footage. From our perspective, the federal government went in, stole property, and stomped all over these people's rights as governed by Montana State Law. We the people voted to make medical marijuana LEGAL OVERWHELMINGLY back in 2004, and it's appalling that we waste so much time and so many resources trying to go against the will of the people and repealing, or strictly over-regulating medical marijuana to the point the whole system / industry collapses.

We will not stand for it! The people have spoken, and continue to speak. Join us as we show you the streets of Kalispell Montana during the protest vigil, then we head to Missoula Montana for the protest and speaker interviews. @shortcoursetim Things are chill here for the most part, at least for the patients, it's the dispensaries that have to sort of watch their back. You will probably have to get a MT card once you move here. Most dispensaries if they are worth your time, will help you do that and have all the information.

hey im thinking about moving to montana for a job offer from nevada. i have a medical card here in nv. and i was wondering how montana is doing with the laws of marijuana. are there alot of problems and law enforcement.
