Bye Bye Blues - with Peter Salmond on solo tenor banjo (with C G D A tuning) - recorded 30th December 2008. The banjo was made by Tony Sullivan at Sully's Banjos in Macclesfield, England ( http://www.halshawmusic.co.uk/sbanjo.html ) and was won as a "millennium" prize sponsored by Mars Bars.

Thanks for your prompt reply. My banjo is in fact tuned CGDA - but the same idea. If you search for Regal banjo on YouTube, youll find a good friend of mine called Dave Wilson, giving a demonstration on a tenor banjo. Is this the type of strumming you are referring to?
