Sounds like hardware problem. I broke the audio on my laptop by dropping it and now use USB speakers for audio. My wireless stopped working on another laptop so I bought an external and dropped it again and broke that one.

I running a windows 7 HP desktop, and I was told firefox is much better so, plus I already had explorer and chrome on hear... Before I tried to download firefox but it had a virus, this time we had protection...

Alright dude if u could let me know the answer to this asap! I installed firefox 4.1 on my system and then YouTube videos wouldn't play... Now my computer won't start up it only give me to options and neither do anything! I just did reformation the windows partition oft HDD, and now I'm reinstalling the original software... Hopping this works cause there is nothing else I can do nor my friend!!! And my mother is upset cause of this.

i have a problem... when i start my computer and turn on the screen, and it starts loading components and that the screen just turns black!! i'ts not a problem with my video card, i have some viruses... can you help me?

Once infected it is hard to remove all the malicious programs that get downloaded. Keyloggers and downloaders are not always detected as a virus and just reload the virus and malware once you reconnect to the Internet. I restore by reimaging the operating system.
