Hi, just found your videos and i think they are great!
I was wondering if you could you please make a video on "how to deal with nervousness".
For some reason, and its happened for awhile, i feel really sick and find it hard it hard to eat when im with the person i like. I don't know why i get so nervous and i am afraid i will get worse.
