This is just nuts, the boys are talking about a car crashing there just before and that the police was called by them but that they could not do anything.
Then 2 guys on bicycles are making theyr way over the road, but thats just the start of this strange event of crashes.

It always cracks me up when a person's car slides out of control on ice and then they stand in the road or in front of their car as if NO OTHER car is likely to come sliding down and crashing into their soft fleshy body. Protip: if YOU slid out of control, the next car down the road has a high probability of hitting your car. GET OUT OF THE ROAD, stand on the side and assess the situation.
