@bigtrucks44 right, in that case with 550 hp, i wonder what the one displayed in the video has....i drove many ot these things new and i owned a 351 mach 1 new....it could be that a 289 could be nice because of lighter weight....they just don't build them like that anymore....they were so fun to drive and simple.

@whothehellgivesadamn 289's are sweet, especially if it's a HiPo. Quick high revving little motors. My uncle built one that made 550 hp...nothing wrong with a 289

Omg are theyso rare ? i have the same white from 1968 also with the same interior :)
only i have a 302 installed , and also a roof console .
i changed the car to a shelby gt500 look.

DAMMIT IM SURE ITS NICE BUT YOU HAD ME UNTIL I SAW THE 289.......THAT'S UNDERPOWERED FOR SUCH A BITCHEN CAR..........IT WOULD RUN, BUT IT SHOULD HAVE ATLEAST A 351 IN IT........I FORGOT WHEN THE FIRST CAME UP WITH THE 351, I KNOW THEY HAD IT BY 69......A 390 WOULD BE THE TICKET, A 289 WOULD BE OK FOR CRUISING......BUT ANYWAY
