  • Hey I'm thinking about doing the full rough country kit like yours on my 05 z71 do you have any complains about it like tires wearing bad or anything? And are those shocks pretty good?

  • @kevin6244 The shocks are great, the ride is much stiffer, Not sure if its the lift or the tires. I did get bad wear on the tires but its my fault for not rotating them nearly enough. I did get 90 000km out of them tho. I like it and they recommend 33 inch tires under that lift, I got 32's.

  • how are the rough country shocks workin out for ya

  • @MrMacktruck123 the whole suspension is pretty stiff now. With those tires and all its a bit rough. I have no complaints though, it just feels like a truck now.

  • I just bought the same kit for my truck minus the rear blocks and 2 shocks!

  • @codyowen9058 Cool I needed new shocks all around so that why I got the full kit

  • @kyle91chevy1 yeah i know but thats not what i meant...if you lift your with a torsion key lift or crank them it will narrow the front track with as in tires will be closer together i took mine out

  • @paintballforlife06 you have to get it aligned after you put a leveling kit on

  • i would not add 2 or 3 inch torsion keys..they will make your front tires tuck in more and it looks like shit big mistake on my part

  • hey i am about do do the same thing but i have dual exhaust coming straight out the back wen i get the 2in blocks in the back will my pipes look like there just hanging there?

  • @MrSilverado121 , if you dont wont to do any trimming ... add a 1 and half inch body lift . other than that you will need to trim

  • my shocks on my 01 silverado are junk and i was thinkin of gettin this kit for mine does it ride better and the old worn out ones you had?

  • i spot Mickey Thompson MTZ's on your Chevy. excellent mud tires.

  • I just got this kit for my 2003 silverado. Does anyone know if I can fit 315s with out major trimming?

  • the reason it rides stiffer is cause your putting more pressure on the torsion bars which is the front springs making it stiffer. if you undo the bolt on the adjuster keys a lil bit it will be a little smoother. and did you get an alignment after putting it on? that could be why they wore quick..

  • @JTF2Shotty hey whens the next mudfest in tilbilly? I cant seem to find it on the net.
