Why did some of them come with screen protector and others did not? The deffender series for iPad 2.

@RichardMoreno24 We offer free protectors when you order from our website. If the purchase was made elsewhere, it wouldn't have included a screen protector.

@458258m Some cases fit more flush to the device than others. If you have installed your Defender over a Zagg InvisiShield, it may be VERY difficult to remove. Our Customer Service team recommends following video in reverse... call 888.695.8820 if you need someone to walk you through step by step or damage your case during removal.
