We are about 12 miles off the coast of Hopkins Village in Southern Belize. We had already had a great day bottom fishing and were heading back to shore ahead of a gnarly storm heading our way. We decided to troll for barracuda on the way back in. Nothing happened for awhile and I was ready to give up and then WHAM, Adrienne got a hit that scared the crap out of her. Unfortunately, we could not hook it. This re-motivated us. We continue, with Adrienne singing the song "Barracuda" by Heart. Eventually, WHAM. Adrienne got another hit and hooked it this time. This is what happened next.
