Apparently your blood isn't good enough.
I bet the lady who denied you can't donate, so she's just bitter and doesn't want you to be able to either.

trust me, I am the same way! I absolutely cannot look at shots.
in fact, I'm pretty sure something would have gone wrong if I actually could have given blood :P
