that is so gross , i dont blame either of you for being upset, that would have had me really grossed out and angry too. but i think you both handled it well it sounds like. it was very responsible of mr. clarachk to call them and make them take it back, but i agree it was discusting that they made you bring the yucky chicken all the way back to the store or else they wouldnt refund your money. here they ask for the reciept and take ur word for it. i hope ur week improves ((((sarah))))

I would have packed up all that chicken and taken it back to BJs and gotten my flippin money back! The funky chicken could make for a nice scene at the customer service counter:-)
