I was in a traffic accident 1 month ago. And its horrible to even think about it!

The man could have neck or spinal injuries. Moving him isn't helping any can further damage. Better to wait until the paramedics unless he is in immediate danger.
Motorcycles, mopeds, and scooters are fun to ride, but you need to always be super-aware. You ARE the 'crush zone' of that bike and the majority of accidents happen at crossings like this on.
Most lethal accidents happen at under 40mph.
You need to watch yourself... because nobody else is.
