When our older cockatiel died, his best friend bird wanted to bring him back to life by singing to his head with a lot of intensity. Years latter, when he saw a picture of him, he did the exact same thing. Calling himt o come and join him with such intensity and long note singing in a way he never did before.

@brolenter All the birds in our home still sing out when they hear Jamie talking. Jamie was not bonded to any but I imagine it would be hard to watch a bonded mate lose his best friend :(
