Bring on the pyro-techniques for this custard dessert. In this episode I show you how to make Crème Brûlée. It's so much fun because you get to use a really fun cooking torch that helps bring out that perfect caramelized crunch. What makes this custard grand is also the use of a fresh vanilla bean.

I bought this for my mother for Christmas! I've been looking around for a cheap-ish good lighter specifically for Creme Brulee and VOILA! My YouTube subscriptions have the answer.
