  • with some decent resistance this is also an awesome machine for toning the upper arms; particularly the lower "bingo wing" side- alternate reps of a couple of minutes going backwards/forwards; just a couple of days of using this machine and I already feel a difference.

  • @Ynhafabs you are right a lot of people sleep on this type of equipment not realizing the muscles these bad boys work. I was using a similar equipment at my local gym and after a month I realize the cut I have in my upperbody was a result of using this kind of machine.

  • I have never seen this piece of machinery before...

  • also to warm up your arms before lifting put the resistance up to like 4-5 that way you dont havee to get a cardio workout and take so long to warm up
