damn, i really wish i could work out, i pulled a rib out, about in the middle of my shoulder blade, and its messing with my neck too, been out for about 2-2 1/2 weeks and can already see myself deflating a little, depressing :( None the less your a motivation , keep up the hard work and good vids bro
ironically my back and legs are my most developed body parts... chest is 3rd, arms being my most stubborn... what can I say? I JUST LOVE squatting and deadlifting, they are challenging and fun, plus I LOVE the burn on my hams, quads and glutes, unno why, just loveeeee it, and i love not being able to walk the next day :D

Thanks for the video. I think I was doing the side laterals wrong. I will try elbow first. I definitely felt rotator problems so I needs to be careful. Thanks again.
