Our Bugaboo Cameleon is broken

Unfortunately our Bugaboo cameleon broke some time in the beginning of July. Here is a film clip to show their service department what it looks like when you try to raise the front by pushing down the handlebar. On the right hand side nothing is wrong, on the left hand side nothing happens until I've pushed the handlebar at least 25 cm down.

Something must have broken inside the chassi, behind the starlock. It's impossible to use the stroller on anything but flat ground and therefore it's no use to bring it anywhere.
