Educational teams for students who are deaf-blind frequently include representatives from many different disciplines. It may be confusing to families to make sense of what exactly these specialists do and what knowledge and skills each brings to educational teams.

California Deaf-Blind Services (CDBS) is developing a series of online videos that highlights the following eight speciality areas commonly represented on educational teams for students who have both hearing and vision problems. While there may be other specialists who serve equally important roles on teams, CDBS must limit the scope of this project because of limited time and funding.
