@aspirino67 I'm in the same boat. I don't like to spend money if I can avoid to. It makes things especially difficult for me since I have to find some way to balance my need for money and a timely review of a game. I usually don't keep my games for very long these days as a consequence.
If you like Borderlands, you should look into the game Rage that is coming out next year. That looks like it is going to be very similar, and really fun.

@MadDeAngelo I love it so far, the gameplay is amazing, it's like Fallout 3 on steroids. I wish it had a stronger storyline, I don't even know who the hell that woman about the Vault is. The Mad Moxxi expansion looks great, love arena fights, but I'm kind of a half-ass gamer (I wait until games drop to 20-30 bucks before I buy them) so it sucks because DLC usually doesn't or takes a long time to go down in price lol. I'll probably still get at least one of the three. What are you playing now?
-
@aspirino67 Haha, your poor friend. I have all three systems running right now, which bodes very well for me, considering the steallar rest of the year we're supposed to be having. How do you like Borderlands so far? I'm going to get around to getting the expansions eventually.

@MadDeAngelo Me too. I bought mine in 2008, so Uncharted 1 was out, but I didn't buy it untill about a year later because a friend of mine, who owns a 360 btw, don't you love the irony?, recommended it to me. A month after I got it his 360 died lol, and my ps3 is still running today, i'm playing borderlands now

@PikachuDude101 Nothing much really. But, even though UC2 had a lot of straight forward path choices, even within that confinement, there still seemed to be a fair amount of freedom.

what are so great about games with super linear level design?
-
@solace00assassin That's fair though. To be perfectly honest, I hadn't really played the multiplayer all that much, but I hear very good things about it. Its a fantastic game though. If you haven't had the opportunity to play it yet, I would at least try to rent it, or borrow it from a friend. Probably one of, if not the best, games this generation.

the reason that i ain't buy this game a instant when i have a ps3 is because there's not much replayabilites and unlockable to keep the game flesh and the singleplayer only last 10 hrs. the multlplayer is not a option for me because my f**king connection wouldn't allow be to play online.
It's a fine game... but don't you think that Jak series was much better?

@ProkoLokor I honestly can't comment on that. I've never played Jak :(
