Funny because i beat STI's from rolls. From a dig its harder because i gotta launch the fuck out of my car. Stock for stock the speed 3 is faster from a roll and the STI is faster from a stop. Driver Mod = FTW in this case. Modded STI's and Modded MS3's are the same in both situations.

MS3 = FWD Monster. (Which FWD is obviously better for roll races.)

STI = Snap your neck and put car lengths on you from the takeoff BEAST. (AWD is better for digs.... Obviously)

Stage 2 STI will smoke a MS3 any time, from a roll or stop. For that matter, a stock STI will beat a stock MS3 anytime. The numbers are the numbers. Stage 2 STI's run mid to high 12s all day. You tube it and see for yourself.
