Pearl SMX Kit

I just got a new Pearl SMX maple kit. This kit sounds amazing. I used a peavey vocal mic because I don't have drum mics at the moment. I put the mic about waist high in fromt of the kit. Then I edited the track with my Pro Tools plug ins some different EQs and cleaned up a lot of stuff.

hey will the pdp rack chip off over a while i wanna get 1 but dont want to spen all that money for it to chip ooff pllz tell me it will sit in 1 place??

@Xxjmn1094Xx I never had any problems with chipping on the rack. Its a very nice rack.

Good drumming, though I fear for those crash cymbals. If you don't loosen them up a bit, the vibrations from each strike will kinda mash, and that could cause them to crack. the vibrations need to be able to flow from the edge to bell smoothly.

Man...your cymbals are overtightened...way too tight....that could break them...cause cracks...& they sound bad.
