You should not be getting the same tone from all of those keys! That is not a setting. My PS-3100 had a variety of problems (including that one, if I recall), and it is likely to do with the connectors inside. You know those huge cards you showed in the back? Where those cards connect often become damaged or get broken, and they need to be replaced!

@AutomaticGainsay Ok, well my mate who knows alot about eletronics is coming over in a week or two and we are probably going to pull all of the cards out and take a close look to see if anything looks wierd, i will also give the contacts a good clean
I have actually pulled out most of the cards awhile ago and from what i saw then, there was nothing wrong, but it may be just a loose solder point?

@invisible0tom I origonaly took it for parts, but i mean, it still produces a sound and everything. The only issue is the keyboard. and i think it can be repaired (somehow)
