Christiaan Van Vuuren is clearly bored out of his mind.

The Australian man somehow contracted tuberculosis and thus has been quarantined for months in a Sydney hospital room, isolated from human contact for a large majority of his time.

But instead of wallowing in his loneliness, hes rapping under the name The Fully Sick Rapper.

The Fully Sick Rapper has become an international sensation. As these things tend to go, it all started with one email to his friends and snowballed into a world wide craze. His infection has definitely gone viral!

He says he could have to remain in quarantine for as little as two weeks to as much as half a year longer depending on the effectiveness of the medication. When he finally gets out, he looks most forward to a "massive barbecue steak."

This was his first interview with a show from the United States.
