Its actually a rare opportunity to see an amateur video that present much more information than a TV show, especially when all TV shows these days are like a long ad regarding 50grand 1 spicie boats and their downriggers, trolling motors with inbuilt gps and quadruple beam side scanning sonars and 50 rods for each angler... Can any1 get this guy a TV job? I really want to see people on TV actually start talking about fish and fishing techniques. Well done for your available resources man.

try using 4lb line with an ultralight pole it is very fun then

ya nice vid. but when you catch trout and u are going to release them you have to wet your hands and keep it in the water.

use 4 lb mainline and 2 lb leader. It makes it very fun.

reviving a fish works alot better if you gently push the trout back and forth to forse water over the gills.

What a great trout that first one...but you seriously mishandled the hell out of it after landing it. I thought you were going to keep it initially from how you handled it. Poor thing had all its oil wiped off and its skin scarred on the ground, which you could see. It will probably die of infection after a while. Try keeping the fish wet and in the water or doing a quick release after catching it if you must pull it full out of the water.
