Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez response to Bolivian General Luis Trigo, who said that Hugo Chavez words were an 'intervention'. Hugo Chavez stressed out that the Chief Commander is not the President of Bolivia (whereas in other countries is not that way)Chavez dennounce General Trigo of doing nothing againts the strikes, sabotage and blockage that the Bolivian oligarchy is doing in Bolivia, where there are so far 14 death.

Hugo Chavez said that it would be good to listen from the General about the faceless US intervention in Bolivia. He does not say anything against it!

Hugo Chavez is aware that Commander Trigo has allowed fascists paramilitaries, to masacre the Bolivian people.The Venezuelan President said to Trigo that: "If I am not right then prove me wrong". 'Your loyalty must be with the Bolivian President and not with the fascist paramilitaries nor the Yankis who want to overthrown the Bolivian President. If you prove me that I'll shake your hand as a soldier. Do not forget that you are talking to a soldier. I am a soldier and I am talking to you from soldier to soldier.
Hugo Chavez has been in touch with South American leaders and they support the Bolivian government.
