Mines are closed because people explore unprepared. Most of the group doesn't even have helmets or lights. If there's a question "Should we do this?", it's probably not a good idea.

@RetroElectroville Thanks for the comment. Agreed! This video was filmed back in 2000 when I was still in High School and had no parental supervision. As I've become more experienced in the outdoors I've learned to be safe while exploring the outdoors. Always a helmet for climbing and canyoneering....No more mine exploration...the wife won't let me.
