Join Citadel Outlets and hosts Rick Lazano from Hot 92.3, Victor Zaragoza from Fox 11, and DJ Jake, during the Citadel Outlet's 9th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Grand Opening on Saturday. They will have live performances by Charice from GLEE, 13-year old singing sensation Cody Simpson, the famous Rockettes, R&B superstar El DeBarge, and of course, the arrival of Santa Claus.
