how to make kirby move in anim8or

this is my video on how to make Kirby move. i did this in a hurry so srry if i dont explain well, if you have any question than please ask me.
Ive seen more detailed skeleton set ups for kirby but this works well for just showin how to do it. later ill have a video posted showin Kirby doin some cool stuff :D

everyone who is having issues, it may be worth your time to try and 'hide' the parts that your not working with at that exact moment. if irc you just select the part and hit 'h', shift+h makes everything reapear

I know I'm a bit late and you may have forgotten by now but I don't get how to do the animation. Like I don't know what I need to press, what I do to move the bones etc. Please help me.
