John Gaglione is a Sport Performance Specialist out of Long Island, New York. He is also the director of strength and conditioning for Plainedge High School's Football and Wrestling Programs.

John has also written many strength and conditioning articles for major online publications such as Elite Fitness Systems, Testosterone Nation and Lighthouse Wrestling.

An avid strength sport athlete, John also competes in powerlifting and kettlebell strong sport competitions.
