Just happened to see this on TV and found it interesting.
Guy gives friend Wii to add a modchip in order to "save money on games". Hilarious lack of hardware knowledge follows.

@blackdeadtree1 In the English language, many words have multiple meanings, including "gamer". Although the case is about a video game system, the context in which the word "gamer" was used is not referring to one who plays video games. It was a pun.

Yea I'm pretty sure if the judge knew the chip was for pirated games and not just "freeware" she'd dismiss the case.
