The Macedonian tenor Blagoj Nacoski sings "Una furtiva lagrima" from L'elisir d'amore (Donizetti), with the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Borjan Canev, at the roman Amphitheater in Ohrid, Macedonia. LIVE Recording, 4 August 2007
Maybe the territory of MKD once was part of Greece (but f.e. whole Europe was part of Rome once too!), but people of MKD are NOT of Greek descent - they are Slaves (like people of Serbia, Russia, Bolgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Check, Polland, Bosnia....).
The tenor is wonderful and clearly I am not hearting people's feelings but I am referring to historic truth. All I am saying is that Macedonian people are of Greek descent and clearly this tenor is not.
Blagoj è splendido. Non capisco l'orchestra, e in particolare l'arpa.

He's only 31 so I think he's got time on his side. Keep on singing Blagoj!

How is it this guy isn't more famous in the opera world? This guy could be the next Juan Diego Florez.
