My first attempt at a true to Dieselducy / TheElevatorChannel style video. A very basic glass traction elevator located in downtown Montreal at the Eaton's Centre. I don't know the brand, perhaps someone can fill me in on that. I'll have to update this video when it's quieter and where I can show you some of the weird things this elevator does in push mode. Notice as well near the end that the alarm bell doesn't work. I didn't spend the whole day holding on the button, but a quick tap resulted in nothing, and a second push did nothing as well. Perhaps this should be looked into, however it would be pretty hard to not be seen in a glass elevator in a 5 story mall.
I was checking out some other videos and I wasn't the first to record a ride on this elevator, another user by the name of myotismon767 thought that it's possibly a Montgomery brand elevator, but not certain.

When did Old Navy open in the Eaton Centre? I thought it was at Place Montreal Trust.

Old Navy, probably about 3 years ago or so. It took over the entire 4th floor here. At one time the mall was pretty empty on the upper floors, especially when the theatre closed on the 5th floor.

Quick question, Do you still busfan and metrofan?
or are you over that and it bores you.

Ofcourse I still transitfan! That's my passion! I find Elevators very fascinating though.

I'll redo this one on a quiet day when the mall is empty so I can get a longer undisturbed ride.
