Love Bug (a jonas love story) Chapter 4

The girls had fallen asleep with the sun directly above them]
JOE: Look over there. I think they fell asleep.
NICK: Maybe we should just wait till they wake up.
KEVIN: They might get sunburn.
JOE: Hmm...
KEVIN: What are you thinking?

[Lexie could feel something tickling her nose and she tried to swat at it]
LEXIE: Achoo!
[She could hear her friends sneezing too, and some guys laughing]
BRINA: Kevin, what are you guys doing here?
KEVIN: We saw you guys sleeping and...
JOE: We didn't want you guys to get sunburn...
NICK: So we decided to wake you guys up.
RAJAVI: By making us sneeze with gigantic purple feathers?
LEXIE: Where did you guys get these?
JOE: The gift shop has everything.
[They all laugh and order some smoothies from the closest waiter]

Nick and Lexie take their smoothies and walk through the ship's promenade.

NICK: I hope we didn't scare you guys.
LEXIE: It's ok. It's better than being sunburn right now.
NICK: Yeah. So...
LEXIE: So what?
NICK: Umm... I was wondering if you have a boyfriend.
LEXIE: Oh. Is that what you were getting at? I thought you were blushing because you felt the strawberry smoothie stain on your face.
NICK: Oh man.
LEXIE: Here's a tissue.
NICK: Thanks. That was embarrassing.
LEXIE: But not as embarrassing as this morning when you came by to ask us to lunch.
NICK: Oh yeah.
[They laugh and Lexie forgot about Nick's question]
NICK: Do you have one?
LEXIE: One what? Oh. No I don't. Actually I haven't had one in a long time.
NICK: Really? Why?
LEXIE: The last relationship I had didn't end so well. And I haven't had much luck since. What about you?
NICK: I don't have a boyfriend either.
LEXIE: [Giggling] You know what I meant.
NICK: No I don't have a girlfriend.
LEXIE: Out of all the thousands screaming your name, you can't find one girl? And what about Selena?
NICK: Selena is my best friend, i couldn't even think about dating her, ever, it'd be extremley too wierd. And the one girl I like hasn't screamed my name yet, or i haven't heard. But I have come to her rescue already.
[Lexie looked into Nick's eyes but wasn't sure she understood him]
LEXIE: And how many girls' lives have you saved?
NICK: One. Just one.

Meanwhile Joe and Rajavi are standing together at the front of the ship

JOE: Your favorite show?
RAJAVI: wizards of waverley place.
JOE: Your favorite color?
RAJAVI: green and purple. What's with the quiz?
JOE: I want to know everything about you.
RAJAVI: That's really sweet but...
JOE: But what? Do you have a boyfriend?
RAJAVI: No. But don't you have a girlfriend?
JOE: No.
RAJAVI: Oh. It's just that I've read a lot of magazines...
JOE: And they're all wrong.
RAJAVI: I guess I shouldn't be so gullible.
JOE: Did you know that gullible isn't in the dictionary?
RAJAVI: It's not?
[They start laughing and watch the sunset together]
RAJAVI: It's so beautiful.
JOE: I can think of one thing more beautiful than that sunset.
RAJAVI: Really?
JOE: You.
RAJAVI: (She blushes and tries to hide it) You're just saying that.
JOE: Ok. If you don't want me to say it, I'll sing it.
[Joe looks into her eyes and sings Hello Beautiful to Rajavi, then takes her hand]
JOE: May I take you to dinner?
RAJAVI: Yes, you may.
JOE: Can I add two more questions to that quiz?
RAJAVI: I guess
JOE: Ok, Your favorite band
RAJAVI: The Jonas Brothers
JOE: Your favorite Jonas Brother
RAJAVI: hhhmmm..... Joe
(they both blush)

Kevin and Brina are sitting by the pool with their legs in the water.

BRINA: So, how late do you guys stay up on concert nights?
KEVIN: Usually until 2, cause Joe can't stop bouncing off the walls. We are usually too hyper, even after doing 5 encores.
BRINA: I bet having all those girls scream your name is like heaven for any boy.
KEVIN: Yeah, but it's nice to take a break from it all.
BRINA: You guys are always on the road, though. I thought that you guys would like to just chill at home instead of on a ship.
KEVIN: If we did, we wouldn't have met you guys.
BRINA: [Blushing]
KEVIN: The only thing I regret is missing is the Switchfoot concert.
BRINA: You had tickets?
KEVIN: And backstage passes. But we all decided that a relaxing cruise would do us better.
BRINA: Nick and Lexie do seem to be having a good time.
KEVIN: Uh huh... I don't know if you'd like to, but would you like to go to the arcade?
BRINA: On one condition.
KEVIN: DDR first?
BRINA: How'd you know?
KEVIN: Lucky guess.
[Kevin and Sam spent the rest of the afternoon in the arcade, making some 10 year-olds really mad by hogging the DDR machine]

Hows Joe and Rajavi's dinner going to turn out? Is Nick going to ask Lexie to be his girlfriend?? How'd Brina and Kevin do in DDR? Haha! find out!!
