@cathleenwright i felt like it helped me to portray the emotion of the song better...it's a rougher sound when the character is at her most distraught, as opposed to a prettier sound that would come from my head voice :)

@xjustkissher If you want to hear this song a whole step BENEATH where it was written to be sung, watch Farah Alvin's version. Don't get me wrong, I love Farah's version, and I think a solid vocal performance is better than stubbornly singing in a more difficult key, but comparing this girl's performance with one where the key was lowered is a little unfair.
