Evangelion AMV -- EVA Sentimentality Project

Evangelion AMV !!! ^^
This is an AMV made by me of my absolute favorite anime, Shin Seiki (Neon Genesis) Evangelion. The song is Arekara from Full Metal Panic.

*please read below* brief creator's notes~

first of all...I'm so sorry about the quality of the video....it looked fine when i checked it on my computer...but once I uploaded it became all blurred and pixelated...if anyone can help please contact me?

This AMV was created to pay tribute to the meaning of Evangelion. That's why this AMV is called "EVA Sentimentality Project".

This is only my second AMV, but I have put alot of thought was put into making this AMV and attempted to create meaning and depth with the clips I selected in this AMV rather than video effect. eg. the romantic or spiritual relationships between characters, their approach to the pursuit of love and identity, and the pilots' relationships with their respective EVA's.

I tried my best to place the clips against complimentary places in the Japanese lyrics. So to those viewers who understand the lyrics, please comment on that.

The warning at the end is just for fun~(but I do mean it)
And it's for everyone to laugh at.

I like how in an otherwise serious and touching video you managed to sneak in a gag when you synced that part where she breathes in with a clip of Asuka opening her mouth...

Also, man, that picture with Fuyutsuki and Gendo and Yui just really hits me in the gut, knowing what happened...

^^ thanks so much! I tried to put as many subtle crack scenes as i coiuld because that's how EVA (and old school anime) are, a little moment of crack in the midst of all the seriousness.

and The fuyutsuki gendo yui picture hits me every time I see the directors cut.

This video makes me remember how I love Evangelion and it's characters. This video sure is sentimental, and it rises all Evangelions emotional features up to the surface. Really nice video and very well done! Keep on working :3
